Arrowhead Progress

I'm making progress on the Anita's Arrowhead quilt for Sean. All the blocks are done and I think I'm done rearranging. It is what it is.

Some of the blue/green blocks are a little muddy- not enough contrast. You can see it better with the color removed. Live and learn.

My little design board made from the Bee in My Bonnet tutorial really came in handy for this project.

Anita's technique creates a little waste, but it is totally worth it!

I'm headed back to the machine to sew the top together.

Once again, your colors are perfect for this one, and your layout is really nice! I taught this block to my quilt class when it came out, about 2 years ago..? Oh, and my little stars are coming together this week, pretty cool ~

I like how the blocks seem random but make a pattern of their own with the beautiful batiks.
