WIP Wednesday

I'm so excited to share my Work-In-Progress!

Meadowsweet Dresden

I love it so much!
I'm even happy with the machine applique. I needed to finish it in my lifetime!
I will be buying more ric rac tomorrow so I can finish the top.

I had been hoarding my stash of Meadowsweet since last February!
My stack of 30 luscious fat quarters...

has been reduced these amazing leftovers.

A layer cake for an upcoming project.
A charm pack (to give away?)
And the most amazing pile of selvages!
Do you see how they are all printed in different colors? Awesome!

Have a sweet day!

  3. I could not be more in awe of your eye for color. This is so cute! I think I'd just sit and stare at it for ages, trying to soak in the color.

    Thanks for sharing!

  10. you did an amazing job with those luscious fabrics! I just love dresdens. Time consuming but pretty. Made a brown/pink quilt with mini dresdens for my newest granddaughter last year. I loved it enough to really want to keep it; but being a good granny means alot too, so baby did end up with it. :)
