I basted 40 little hexies at the baseball diamond today during Pete's game. I will be adding a row of cream around each flower, then a row of green in between the flowers. Very traditional!
So how big are each one of those hexie's? I am completely in awe of people that can make hexie quilts! I would love to some day but I am a VERY beginner quilter, so I think that would be out of my league at this point. Did you make the quilt in your header? I'm not sure I've seen anything more pretty!
Tina, I love your hexie flower.. I have an address for you to look up - it's http://gumvalleypatchwork.typepad.com On the left of this lady's blog is a heading My 'Dear Prudence' Hexagon quilt.. It is inspiring, and I think you will love it!
Beautiful!
